Well, we've had several people ask if we were planning to blog about our summer sabbatical, and our answer the first couple of times was "No", but after several more inquiries we decided to try blogging for the first time. Please bear with us as we learn our way into the blogosphere!

                                                "Initiate launch sequence..."

The pre-launch countdown has begun...the first trip is to Southwest Utah in the RoadTrek. We will hit the road in the morning and hope to end our day in beautiful Mountain Home, Idaho. Along the way, Patty will be our audiobooks and we have some studying to do...we have just three weeks before we leave for China and we need to learn much more about Tibet before we get there. This will also be our first real road trip in the RoadTrek, so I'm sure we'll learn alot about how to be space efficient in our little home on the road.

Stay tuned as we try to tell some stories about our travels, post some pictures, and capture the highs and lows of our Summer of Wander.
